  • If you submitted an order with us, but didn't receive an order confirmation, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly.


    Get in touch with us at to see if we have received an order in your name. We're happy to fix the email address on file and send you the order confirmation. In other cases, the order may not have gone through, so just get in touch before placing a new order to avoid a duplicate order.


    After registration you will receive an email containing instructions and address details. You are responsible for postage and shipping costs. Your return package must be well-protected.

  • Every order will be custom printed and signed by Bastian. Therefore production and shipment will be made on dedicated days per month.

    Once your order are prepared for delivery, following shipping times apply:

    EU 2-5 Business Days Shipping
    US 5-7 Business Days Shipping
    Rest of the World 5-10 Business Days Shipping 
    No delivery to P.O. Boxes

    If you ordered to a P.O. BOX and can’t receive the package, you need to contact us at We can always send it to your family or friend instead. When we have the new info we can update the shipping information to the shipping carriers so they can change the receiver/address.

  • You will first get a email where we confirm your order is paid and ready to be shipped out.


    After the first email you will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Just double check to make sure it didn’t land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident.

    If you did not get any email with a tracking link or there is no tracking updates, please send us an email with the name or email you made the order with to and we will help you to track your order.

  • The art prints are rolled and shipped out in a thick and protective cardboard tube to protect them against damages (no frame included).

  • Register your return via After registration you will receive an email containing instructions and address details. You are responsible for postage and shipping/custom costs. Your return package must be well-protected.

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.

    We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

    Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you say you haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

    Local Taxes:
    Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Only outside EU. 

    Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, therefore Criss Bellini reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
