Delivery & Return

FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE EU


All our orders are shipped out with UPS, DPD or FedEx from the Art Studio in Berlin, Germany. Shipping costs of 15€ apply for countries outside the EU.

  • Orders will be collectively printed by the studio. Therefore production and shipment will be made on dedicated production days per month.

    Once your order is prepared for delivery, following shipping times apply:

    EU 2-5 Business Days Shipping
    US 5-7 Business Days Shipping
    Rest of the World 5-10 Business Days Shipping 
    No delivery to P.O. Boxes

    If you ordered to a P.O. BOX and can’t receive the package, you need to contact us at br@madebybastian.com. We can always send it to your family or friend instead. When we have the new info we can update the shipping information to the shipping carriers so they can change the receiver/address.

  • The art prints are rolled and shipped out in a thick and protective cardboard tube to protect them against damages (no frame included).

  • You will first get a email where we confirm your order is paid and ready to be shipped out.

     

    After the first email you will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Just double check to make sure it didn’t land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident.

    If you did not get any email with a tracking link or there is no tracking updates, please send us an email with the name or email you made the order with to br@madebybastian.com and we will help you to track your order.

  • Please reach out to us with your tracking number at br@madebybastian.com and we will help you. 

  • Register your return via br@madebybastian.com. After registration you will receive an email containing instructions and address details. You are responsible for postage and shipping/custom costs. Your return package must be well-protected.

  • All customers according to the German law have 14 days to regret their buyings. The 14 days starts from the day you pick up the product. We will refund the amount back to you within 14 days after your cancellation.

     

    The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 days after you're cancellation. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. All costs related to the return (shipping and customs) will happen on your own account. Contact us at br@madebybastian.com to get the address for shipping back your order.

    Note: All orders that are bought on SALE or a coupon code (over 14% off) are not included in our return policy at madebybastian.com. The return policy is not included if the artwork you bought is SOLD OUT at madebybastian.com. We do not accept returns commissioned works.

    We don’t accept returns on art prints if the package is opened up because the art print can get scratches and finger prints on it. You can only return the art print if the tube isn’t opened up.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not accept returns for change of a design.

  • In the event that products are returned to us due to customer failing to pick up their package, we charge a €35 euro fee. This covers shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of products.

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.

    We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

    Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you say you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

    Local Taxes:
    No Customs or local taxes on orders to EU. Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Only outside EU.
